WINEMAKER'S NOTES
Very intense purplish red color. Aromas of red fruit as raspberry, accompanied by notes of vanilla and coffee from the oak aging. Smooth in the mouth, balance with plums, sour cherries, red fruits, violates, chocolate and coffee notes. Soft and ripe tannins. Pleasant and long finish. Ideal combination with grilled meats and vegetables, pasta or hard cheeses.

ABOUT THE WINERY: CRIMINAL WINES
At Criminal Wines we use the minimalist concept for the elaboration of all our wines, with little human intervention and supported by appropriate technology. We have French and American oak barrels that allow us to design wines with a very careful and balanced style in their wood concentration. The aging in barrels takes place in a subway cellar located 6 meters deep. All wines are produced in limited lots and seek to transcend simply by being extraordinary.
