Shipping & Delivery

Which states do you ship to?

We can ship to 17 States: Alaska, California, Connecticut, Florida, Idaho, Louisiana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, North Dakota, Puerto Rico, Virginia, Washington DC, West Virginia, Wyoming, and Oregon. If you are located in a state not listed, please contact us at corporate@hublyusa.com for assistance. Unfortunately, we do not ship outside of the United States.

 

How long does shipping take?

Orders typically take 3-7 business days to arrive, depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

 

How do you handle deliveries during extreme temperatures?

When weather conditions are too hot or too cold to ship wine safely, we will hold your order in our temperature-controlled warehouse until conditions improve. We will notify you of any delays.

 

Do I have to be present to sign for my wine?

Yes, since alcohol is a controlled substance, an adult 21 or older must be present to sign for delivery. If this isn’t convenient, consider selecting our Local Pickup option.

 

What happens if my package is lost or damaged?

If your package is lost or damaged, please contact us at corporate@hublyusa.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund.

 

Ordering & Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), as well as PayPal.

 

Can I cancel or modify my order?

You can modify or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Please email us at corporate@hublyusa.com as soon as possible. Once the order is shipped, changes cannot be made.

 

Is there a minimum order requirement?

No, there is no minimum order requirement. However, we recommend ordering at least six bottles to make the most of our flat-rate shipping.

How do I choose the right wine for me?
Our website offers detailed descriptions and customer reviews for each wine. You can also use our Wine Finder tool to narrow down options based on your preferences.

Do you accept returns?
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance. Due to alcohol regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened bottles unless the wine is spoiled or defective.

Do you offer discounts for bulk purchases?
Yes, we offer discounts for orders of 12 bottles or more. Contact us at corporate@hublyusa.com for special pricing on large orders.
