WINEMAKER'S NOTES
It has a yellow-green color with golden reflections. We find aromas of nuts (hazelnuts - almonds), pome fruits (quinces - apples - pears), citrus and toasted notes typical of its evolution on fine lees.
- VARIETAL COMPOSITION 80% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Noir
- ACIDITY 5.130 g/l tartaric acid
- ORIGIN Uco Valley, Mendoza, Argentina.
- AGING This sparkling wine was developed under the Traditional or Champenoise Method, respecting a minimum time on lees of 24 months.
- SERVING TEMPERATURE 6 - 8ºC
- COLOUR It has a yellow-green color with golden reflections.
- CLIMATE Very favorable climate, thanks to the presence of rain and sun.
- PALATE Good acidity and intense on the palate, where we find flavors typical of the predominant variety. Added to this is the structure provided by the Pinot Noir and the long period in contact on fine lees. Thus obtaining a highly complex product.
