WINEMAKER'S NOTES
It has a golden yellow color. We find aromas of toasted bread, coconut, hazelnuts, vanilla and almonds. Good acidity. Full on the palate, full-bodied and intense. We find complex flavors, from the dairy family. The long time of maturity on fine lees, incorporates notes of evolution such as cooked fruits, toasted and baker's yeast.
