WINEMAKER'S NOTES
Pale golden yellow in colour. Persistent and tiny bubbles. Clear notes of toast, tropical fruit and nutty aromas of coconut and almonds. Full and rich palate of citrus, tropical fruit and almond flavours with a refreshing acidity, yeasty complexity, creamy texture and long finish.
- VARIETAL COMPOSITION 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay
- ACIDITY 8 gr/lt
- ORIGIN Uco Valley, Mendoza, Argentina.
- AGING This sparkling wine was developed under the Traditional or Champenoise Method, respecting a minimum time on lees of between 30 and 36 months.
- SERVING TEMPERATURE 6 to 8ºC.
- COLOUR It has a pale golden yellow color, persistent foam and very small bubbles.
- CLIMATE Dry and continental with great sun exposure allowing perfect ripening.
- PALATE Good acidity. Full on the palate, full-bodied, long and without bitterness. Flavors consistent with what it promises to the nose. There are peaches and some cherry. Citrus like pink grapefruit and tropical fruits.
- AROMA We find aromas of toasted bread, tropical fruits, hints of almond and coconut.
